Growing up with a sister with severe cerebral palsy shaped my lifelong fascination with all things brain related. As a Naturopathic doctor, I have dedicated the last 20 years of my clinical practice to helping people with mental and neurological challenges thrive. This podcast is my way of sharing the research and education that I have gathered over the years in order to provide a head start to those struggling with mental and neurological health.
